01
Platform role
PillRocket is intended to operate as a technology marketplace and facilitation platform. It connects users with independent licensed pharmacy partners and independent delivery partners. PillRocket is not the dispensing pharmacy, does not itself stock or dispense medicines, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The participating pharmacy is the seller and dispensing entity for medicines it accepts and fulfils. Pharmacy partners remain responsible for prescription review, lawful dispensing, medicine authenticity, expiry, storage, invoices, and the condition of medicines supplied by them.
02
Eligibility and user information
Users must be legally competent to contract or use the Platform through a parent or lawful guardian where permitted. Information supplied through the Platform must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of delivery details and for submitting genuine prescriptions. Prescription information must not be altered, forged, or misrepresented.
03
Requests, acceptance, and availability
Sending a medicine request does not mean that an order has been accepted. A pharmacy may accept or reject a request subject to medicine availability, prescription review, licence conditions, storage requirements, and applicable law.
PillRocket does not guarantee medicine availability, pharmacy acceptance, rider availability, or uninterrupted Platform access.
04
Prescription and unsupported products
- Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription and applicable pharmacy checks.
- Certain narcotic, psychotropic, Schedule X, or other highly regulated products may be unavailable where required legal, storage, record-keeping, or delivery controls are not supported.
- PillRocket does not currently facilitate standard rider delivery for products requiring continuous refrigerated, frozen, cold-chain, or other validated temperature-controlled storage or transportation.
05
Delivery and timing
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed commitments. They may be affected by pharmacy preparation, medicine availability, rider availability, traffic, weather, distance, high demand, emergencies, road restrictions, technical issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Users must provide accessible and accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable identity, OTP, or handover checks where used.
06
Charges, cancellation, and refunds
Customer-facing charges applicable to an order will be shown before order confirmation where the service is enabled. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund handling is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or statutory remedies.
07
Responsibility and limitation of liability
PillRocket is intended to function as a technology intermediary for marketplace transactions. Any protection available to an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 is conditional on satisfaction of statutory requirements and applicable intermediary rules; it is not a blanket exemption from liability.
PillRocket provides the grievance and support mechanisms required for its role as a marketplace/platform and will not use these Terms to remove non-waivable consumer rights. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded.
08
Intellectual property
The PillRocket name, logo, software, interface, text, graphics, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to PillRocket Technologies and protected to the extent available under applicable intellectual-property law. No right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Platform materials is granted except as expressly permitted.
09
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing restricts a statutory right of a consumer to approach a competent consumer commission, regulator, or other authority. Subject to such non-waivable rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, other disputes may be brought before competent courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
PillRocket may update these Terms when laws, services, fees, or operational features change. The current version and effective date will be displayed on the Platform, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
