How it works

Receive an eligible delivery
An available partner may be assigned after a participating pharmacy has accepted and prepared an order.
Collect from the pharmacy
Pick up the sealed, fulfilled order from the pharmacy and follow the delivery details provided for the handoff.
Transport responsibly
Protect the package from avoidable damage or tampering and do not open, alter, substitute, or dispense its contents.
Complete the handoff
Deliver to the address and contact details provided, following reasonable identity, OTP, or handover checks where used.
Independent role
Transport, never dispense.
Delivery partners support the local handoff after pharmacy fulfilment. They do not recommend, substitute, package, fulfil, or dispense medicines and do not replace the pharmacist’s role.
Pickup and handoff
Follow the confirmed delivery details.
Collection happens from the participating pharmacy after preparation. Delivery is made to the details supplied by the customer, subject to reasonable handover checks where the service uses them.
Care in transit
Keep the order sealed and protected.
Delivery partners should handle prepared packages carefully, report visible damage or tampering, and return or escalate failed deliveries through the enabled operational workflow.

Submitting interest does not create employment, agency, or a delivery partnership. Formal terms will be handled separately if onboarding opens.
Standard delivery does not support medicines requiring continuous cold-chain, refrigerated, frozen, or other validated temperature-controlled transport.
Delivery estimates may change because of pharmacy preparation, medicine or rider availability, traffic, weather, distance, emergencies, technical issues, or other conditions outside reasonable control.
A failed delivery may require a return-to-pharmacy or other handling process depending on the order stage, medicine condition, payment method, safety considerations, and applicable law.
